3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1）对制造商资格要求：具备投标货物的生产经验和能力，保证对该货物具有合法的完全的所有权、知识产权，投标设备成熟可靠。 2）业绩要求：投标人须提供投标产品在国内、国外矿井最近三年（2018-2021）的销售业绩不少于四十台（套）清单及证明原件或其复印件； 3）接受设备主机代理商 4）财务要求：应提供过去三年经审计的财务报表（包括资产负债表、损益表和现金流量表），其中最近三年的年营业额不得低于本次投标金额的五倍。 5）资信证明：提供投标人银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件（不接受银行存款证明）或复印件。 6）投标人没有处于被责令停业、财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。 7）设备到货时必须提供《煤矿安全标志证书（MA）》

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：1.For manufacturer: To have capability and experience for manufacturing bidding equipment and the relevant equipment, ensure that the goods have full legal ownership of intellectual property rights, the equipment should safe and reliable. 2.Requirements for performance: The bidder shall provide the original/ duplicated usage proofs of no less than 40 sets of the bid products in the domestic and foreign mines in the past three years (2018-2021) . 3. Equipment host agents are accepted. 4. Requirements for finance: The manufacturer shall provide the last three years’ audited financial statements (incl. balance sheet, profit and loss statement and statement of cash flow). The annual trade turnover of the last three years is not less than five times of the bidding price. 5. The bidder is required to provide the original/duplicated bank reference letter issued by their deposit banks within three months before the time of bid opening (Bank deposit certification will not be accepted). 6. The bidder is not in a state of be ordered to close up shop, the property be taken over, freeze, gone bankrupt. 7．The bidder must provide the Chinese coal mine safety certification mark and the "MA" identification card when equipment is arriving.
