| 3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder |
| Qualifications or Performance：1) The Bidder must not only be the product manufacturer, but also have accumulated rich experience in the production and have ability to manufacture the bidding product. The Bidder shall ensure that it has full and legal ownership and intellectual property rights to the goods with mature and reliable bidding equipment; 2) The Bidder must have at least 20 sets of sales and use performance of the same type in China since 2018; meanwhile, the Bidder is required to provide a copy of the performance list, contract copy and user certificate (originals of the above certificates are required for future reference); 3) In case of a foreign bidder, the Bidder shall have a resident service agency in China, which shall be proved by relevant evidence; 4) The Bidder is not the one who is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, or whose property is not taken over, frozen, or bankrupt (to which the Bidder shall undertake and for which the Bidder shall be responsible for in respect of the accuracy) 5) For foreign supply component, according to the relevant regulations on the management of China's coal safety signs, provide a complete set of hoist system’s Coal Mine Safety Sign Certificate (MA) after arrival (the bidders shall make a commitment to the clause at the time of bidding in self-decided format). For the domestic supply, the Coal Mine Safety Sign Certificate (MA) must be provided at the time of bidding. |
