1）允许代理商、经销商投标，如代理商、经销商投标，须提供产品生产制造商的授权；

2）投标人须提供2018年以来所投产品在中国境内须具有同类型不少于20台(套)的销售和使用业绩(不含租赁合同)，且提供用户提供的至少10台(套)年掘进6000 米以上(其中五个月月均进尺达到800 米及以上)投标产品或同类型产品原件或复印件，并同时提供业绩清单、采购合同复印件(以上证明原件备查)。

3）国外投标人应在中国设有长驻服务机构，并提供相关证明；

4）投标人没有处于被责令停业、财产被接管、冻结、破产状态（投标人须对此条款自行承诺并对真实性负责）；

5）国外供货部分在到货后按照中国煤安标志管理相关规定，申办相应的《矿用产品安全标志证书（MA）》（投标人在投标时须对此条款进行承诺，格式自拟）；国内供货部分在投标时须提供《矿用产品安全标志证书（MA）》。

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：1) Agents and dealers are allowed to bid. If agents and dealers bid, they must provide the authorization of the manufacturer of the product.

2) The Bidder must have at least 20 sets of sales and use performance of the same type in China since 2018 (not including leases), and to provide originals or copies of user certificate with at least 10 sets with years’ driving of the 6000 meters above (at the same time with five months’ driving of the 800 meters above). Meanwhile, provide the list of performance, the copy of the purchase contract (originals of the above certificates are required for future reference).

3) In case of a foreign bidder, the Bidder shall have a resident service agency in China, which shall be proved by relevant evidence;

4) The Bidder is not the one who is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, or whose property is not taken over, frozen, or bankrupt (to which the Bidder shall undertake and for which the Bidder shall be responsible for in respect of the accuracy)

5) For foreign supply component, according to the relevant regulations on the management of China's coal safety signs, provide a complete set of hoist system’s Coal Mine Safety Sign Certificate (MA) after arrival (the bidders shall make a commitment to the clause at the time of bidding in self-decided format). For the domestic supply, the Coal Mine Safety Sign Certificate (MA) must be provided at the time of bidding.
